About this Position Manage the related people with respect to output, quality, efficiency and cost, Production OTIF, RFT, Inventory Accuracy Cost Saving, SHE, etc. In responsible Production area to ensure compliance with Henkel SHEQ system company wide. Ensure both Henkel and local SHE regulations/standards is should adhered. Good people and workshop culture development. What you´ll do Take responsibility for production line's process, SHE, quality activities. 0 SHE incident，0 lost time case, 0 PSI case. People safety quality cost awareness enhancement, People Org development. Off-spec batch and customer compliant management. Processing cost Yield control. MSA continuous improvement.
