Director, TPM Compute, Strategic Sourcing and Silicon Operations at Google

Form, scale, and manage a team for direct reports to oversee the expanding compute vertical.
Act as the connective tissue between business demand and horizontal supply. Translate complex business requirements into executable supply chain plans that identify capacity needs and operational choke points.
Stitch together supply and demand. Drive supply chain planning and capacity management for the compute space without taking on direct commercial sourcing or vendor negotiation duties.
Utilize a deep understanding of the Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) landscape (e.g., ST Micro, etc.) and the physical architecture of compute machines to guide internal planning and external-facing strategies.
Work closely with key business stakeholders and horizontal supply teams to ensure compute production targets are met efficiently and securely.
