The Finance Manager will support the organization’s day-to-day finance operations, ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial processing across these core functions. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with program and departmental leaders to provide guidance on financial procedures, enhance understanding of accounting workflows, and identify opportunities to strengthen financial support for program operations. This role is responsible for maintaining strong internal controls, helping implement efficient financial systems and procedures, and contributing to key financial analyses that support organizational decision-making. This position serves as a crucial leader within the Finance team and a partner to leadership in upholding financial integrity and operational excellence.
