
Behavior Specialist III, TBS-Sonoma
Job Description
TBS Behavior Specialist works closely with youth and caregivers in a hands-on, strengths-based manner, delivering services multiple times per week. With a concentrated caseload of approximately 4–6 clients, the TBS Behavior Specialist is able to provide focused support that helps youth build coping, communication, and self-regulation skills while increasing their ability to safely meet needs across settings. In partnership with caregivers, the TBS Behavior Specialist supports the development and implementation of positive behavior interventions and effective parenting strategies that promote consistency and sustainability of change. Services are delivered in the environments where behaviors most often occur, including the family home, school, and other community settings.
