This executive leadership role is responsible for defining and driving the global DevSecOps strategy, standards, and operating model across a complex, distributed enterprise environment. The position oversees platform engineering, DevOps, and application security functions spanning cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and highly automated delivery of enterprise systems. The role has significant influence over the organization’s technical security posture, secure SDLC practices, and infrastructure reliability at scale. It requires close partnership with cybersecurity, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to align architecture, tooling, and governance across global teams. The Executive Director will lead highly technical, geographically distributed teams while shaping the roadmap for next-generation cloud-native platforms and security frameworks. This is a hands-on strategic leadership role in a fast-evolving environment where operational excellence, compliance, and innovation must be continuously balanced.
