As an Analyst, Supply Chain, you’ll help make sure our motor supply chains operate efficiently every day, from supplier onboarding to resolving claims and payment issues. You’ll be hands‑on in the detail, while also contributing insights that help improve processes and manage risk. This is a great opportunity to build strong stakeholder relationships, learn how supply chain operations work end‑to‑end, and play a meaningful role in delivering reliable outcomes for customers and the business. This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Ngā Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Māu | What You'll Do
• Coordinate day‑to‑day supply chain operations, including supplier issue management, claims and payment resolution, and purchase order and invoice processing.
• Support supplier onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, contract processing, and system administration within established governance frameworks.
• Monitor operational supplier performance, assist with reviews, and help resolve complaints or escalations to support service continuity and customer outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, performance data, and risk updates to support informed decision‑making.
• Contribute analysis and practical support to projects and improvement initiatives, ensuring solutions are workable, commercially sound, and deliver real benefits.
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiency across day‑to‑day supply chain activities.

• Confidence working with operational data to identify issues and support effective problem resolution.
• Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• High attention to detail, particularly when working with financial data, reporting, and documentation.
• A proactive, delivery‑focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
