 Join our Honey Claims team, where your empathy and dedication can make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a Claims Management Officer, you will be at the forefront of helping our customers navigate the claims process, providing them with the support and assurance they need during challenging times. 

 Working in a fast-paced environment, every day will be different, you will enjoy continuous learning, building rapport and collaborating in this positive and supportive team.


Work Hours & Availability

This role operates on an 8-hour shift schedule, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Additionally, weekend availability is required from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After the initial training period, you will transition to a hybrid work-from-home arrangement.

You’ll be based in Eight Mile Plains, Meanjin (Brisbane).

Start Date: June 15, 2025


What You'll Do

• Assist our members with empathy and kindness, providing support and advice.
• Manage claims end-to-end, handling calls professionally and making accurate decisions.
• Discuss and negotiate settlement options clearly and honestly with stakeholders.
• Apply Product Disclosure Statements and process documentation to ensure transparency, consistency, and compliance.
• Participate in coaching and training to build your and your team’s capabilities
