Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer behavior
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales
