Role Overview
We’re looking for an Operations Manager who will own end-to-end interview operations across both:
Interview-as-a-Service (IaaS)
AI Hiring SaaS Platform
This role ensures flawless execution across scheduling, interviewer allocation, AI interview workflows, client coordination, quality control, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
1. Interview Operations (IaaS)
Own daily interview scheduling & execution
Allocate interviewers based on skill mapping
Ensure TAT adherence & SLA compliance
Manage interviewer onboarding & quality calibration
Track interviewer performance & availability
2. AI Interview Operations (SaaS)
Set up AI Avatar interviews for clients
Configure interview playbooks & question banks
Monitor AI interview completions & performance metrics
Ensure report accuracy & structured feedback delivery
Coordinate pilot rollouts and platform activations
3. Client Coordination
Act as the bridge between Customer Success & internal ops
Ensure smooth execution of hiring mandates
Escalation management & resolution tracking
Maintain operational dashboards for clients
4. Process & Automation
Build SOPs for repeatable operations
Identify automation opportunities
Reduce manual effort in scheduling/reporting
Improve turnaround time and quality metrics
5. Reporting & Metrics
Track and optimize:
Interview TAT
No-show rates
Interviewer utilization
AI completion rates
Client satisfaction scores
Weekly performance dashboards

What We’re Looking For
3–6 years in operations / HR ops / staffing ops / EdTech ops / SaaS ops
Strong ownership mindset
High attention to detail
Comfortable working with data & dashboards
Strong coordination & communication skills
Process-driven thinker
Experience in hiring/staffing/startups preferre
