Requirements
- Experience:
- 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong coding skills in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience with distributed systems and RESTful APIs.
- System Design:
- Ability to design complex components and systems independently.
- Familiar with high-level architecture and performance trade-offs.
- Ownership & Leadership:
- Owns end-to-end delivery of features or components.
- Mentors junior engineers and contributes to code reviews and tech discussions.
- Problem Solving:
- Can break down ambiguous problems and provide scalable solutions.
- Writes clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Collaboration:
- Works effectively with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps).
- Good communication skills – both technical and non-technical.
