Operator Assistant - 2nd Shift

Please Enter Job Description Here Primary Responsibilities – Press Assistant · Maintains production schedule by assisting operator in setting up, making adjustments, resolving difficulties and substituting to maintain workflow. · Gathers supplies by following requisition orders, obtaining stock material, tooling, jigs and other needed supplies and containers, recording receipt and usage. · Monitors basic press room supplies and submits requisitions this includes the incoming inspection and inventory control for cylinders, plates, and supplies. · Assists in press operations documentation by providing data on order output, ink and material usage, calculates basic math; reading measuring rule, machine counters, other gauges and apparatuses; filling in required paperwork per department work instructions.
