Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities at our facility in Grand Prairie, TX. The ideal candidate will lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and supporting production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Inspect equipment and machinery to identify issues and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with other departments to support production schedules and resolve maintenance-related problems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs.

Work Environment
