What you´ll do Perform Analytical Testing: Conduct testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using established methods while meeting turnaround time requirements. Quality Control Product Evaluation: Inspect products for defects, ensure compliance with specifications, and manage hold/release decisions to prevent off-quality materials from reaching the market. Data Analysis Problem Solving: Analyze test results, investigate deviations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and escalate or resolve quality concerns using critical thinking. Documentation Compliance: Maintain accurate lab records in systems (e.g., SAP), follow GMP standards, adhere to safety protocols, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Operational Support Collaboration: Prioritize lab activities in a fast-paced environment, support production teams, assist with training, and communicate effectively across shifts and departments.
