  • Located in Parramatta with flexible working arrangements available
  • Clerk Grade 3/4 - $84,659 to $92,701 plus superannuation and leave loading

Join the Schools and Transitions Unit within Aboriginal Education and Communities, where you will support a team committed to improving outcomes for Aboriginal students and communities across NSW. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping the unit organised and connected by providing high-quality administrative and executive support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About you

  • Experience supporting finance, purchasing and admin processes
  • Strong ability maintaining TRIM records and correspondence systems
  • Skilled preparing briefs, reports, submissions and correspondence
  • Provide responsive executive and administrative support services
  • Confident handling enquiries and liaising with stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism at all times
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

 

Essential requirements of the role

  • This position is designated for the employment of an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
