In this role, you will act as a key driver in connecting prospective students with educational solutions through a consultative and relationship-driven sales approach. You will engage inbound leads across multiple channels, primarily phone and digital platforms, understanding individual needs and recommending the most suitable programs. The position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and commercial acumen to guide prospects through the decision-making journey. You will work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with high lead volume and continuous interaction with diverse customer profiles. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to structured CRM processes will be essential to ensure pipeline efficiency and conversion success.
