Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for the night shift in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to nursing staff during overnight hours, ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients during the night shift.
• Ensure patient rooms and equipment are clean and properly maintained.
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers safely.
• Follow all facility policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification.
• Experience working night shifts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient care and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
