Agentic Solution Engineer

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI automation, and enterprise customer experience transformation. You will design and build intelligent agentic workflows that power autonomous AI systems used by global enterprise brands to improve customer engagement at scale. The position requires strong engineering fundamentals combined with hands-on experience in prompt engineering, API integrations, and workflow orchestration. You will work with a modern no-code/low-code agent platform to create production-grade AI agents capable of executing complex business processes reliably. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner closely with product, QA, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will also focus on ensuring performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of deployed agents.
