The role is to manage the organization's payroll processing, ensure that employees are accurately compensated for their work on time, including salary, wages, deductions, and benefits while ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations in line with compliance and the Global Payroll strategy.Job Description
- Managing payroll processes for multiple countries in EMEA Region, main focus on France
- Review and validate payroll data and output
- Coordinate with People Service about changes in payroll (e.g. terminations, new hires)
- Conduct regular audit on payroll records and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Ensuring the payment of employees
- Handling payment issues
- Answer employee’s questions or compliants about salaries, tax and payments
- Work with authorities on audits or requests
- Manage payment calendars for the tax year
- Report payroll issues to management
- Produce reports to management upon request
- Document and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes
- Assist the accounting department
- Assist SOX audit
- Collaborate with financial personnel and assist statutory audits
- Perform other duties as assigned
