Director of Lending Operations (Hybrid)

The Director of Lending Operations develops, implements, drives, and oversees the loan servicing team and the loss prevention team in collaboration with all leadership. Assumes responsibility for the safety and soundness of the credit union’s loss prevention process and loan servicing process, while constantly looking for ways to improve processes and make them more efficient and easier to do business with Georgia United Credit Union. Responsible for creating an environment where employees can cultivate and grow in their knowledge, skills, and development and where members are at the forefront of what we do each day.
