- Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor for assigned client families
- Build, maintain, and deepen long-term client relationships
- Delivering ongoing advice and guidance aligned with Imber’s investment philosophy
- Prepare and conduct client review meetings focused on current retirement plan in place
- Ensure review emails are sent by Monday prior to scheduled review meetings
- Complete all meeting preparation by Friday before each appointment
- Gather account values, review portfolios, and prepare review summaries in advance
- Review plans and recommendations prior to client meetings with lead advisor
- If applicable, discuss changes with lead advisor before implementation
- Compile and analyze client data to support financial plans and recommendations
- Perform portfolio analysis and ongoing monitoring
- Develop and present customized recommendations aligned with client goals
- Identify opportunities for improved service, risk management, or planning strategies
- Answer client questions related to accounts, portfolios, and planning decisions
- Dictate and enter meeting notes into the CRM within 24–48 hours of client appointments
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date client records
- Ensure documentation supports continuity, service quality, and regulatory standards
- Conduct weekly outreach calls to assigned clients
- Maintain proactive, consistent communication outside of scheduled review meetings
- Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and anticipate client needs
- Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing advisor training
- Maintain required licenses and complete continuing education
- Identify opportunities for personal and professional development
- Contribute insights on client trends, needs, and service opportunities
- 3-5 years in financial planning, investments, and portfolio management required
- Series 65 required
- Michigan Life and Health preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days
- Confident, warm, relationship-driven, and client focused
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Proactive, thoughtful, and committed to continuous improvement
- $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus opportunities

Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
