Facilities Manager LAS

About this Position What you´ll do Drive the implementation of global Facilities strategies across South LATAM, aligning local teams and stakeholders. Manage Facilities operations in Brazil, acting as the main point of contact for vendors and ensuring service quality and employee satisfaction. Develop and execute the Corporate Real Estate strategy, aligned with business needs and cost optimization. Oversee the execution of infrastructure standards and projects across Brazil, Chile, and Argentina, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines. Coordinate and support regional Facilities teams, ensuring alignment with global strategy and business priorities. Monitor operational and financial performance, including KPIs, reporting, invoicing, and cost control. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in Facilities services, scaling best practices across the region. Ensure high service quality through governance, site visits, audits, and vendor performance management (maintenance, cleaning, canteen, etc.).
