You will be responsible for originating and converting high-quality software acquisition opportunities, engaging directly with founders, advisors, and stakeholders across multiple verticals. The role blends strategic market development, hands-on execution, and executive-level relationship building in a fast-paced, private equity-backed software environment. You will design and operate a repeatable system for sourcing deals, building trust with founders, and progressing opportunities through the full investment lifecycle. Acting as a regional leader, you will also build and scale a high-performing origination team while shaping go-to-market strategy and operating rhythms. This is a deeply entrepreneurial position with significant ownership, visibility, and long-term impact on portfolio growth.
