This role sits within a high-growth advisory environment where you will lead complex state and local tax engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients. You will play a key role in shaping and expanding SALT capabilities, working across income/franchise tax, sales and use tax, credits, incentives, and multi-state compliance matters. The position combines technical depth with client-facing advisory work, requiring both strong analytical expertise and the ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear, actionable guidance. You will collaborate closely with clients, helping them navigate evolving regulatory landscapes while identifying opportunities for optimization and compliance efficiency. In addition to delivery work, you will contribute to practice growth through business development and client relationship expansion.
