This is a high-impact regional leadership role responsible for driving the successful execution of a major rare disease product launch across the Northeast geography. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning medical affairs, market access, patient services, and field operations to ensure seamless delivery of a first-in-class therapy to patients and healthcare providers. This position requires a strong blend of commercial strategy, operational excellence, and stakeholder leadership within a highly regulated biopharmaceutical environment. You will be accountable for translating national strategy into actionable regional plans that maximize patient access and business performance. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape go-to-market execution, build deep relationships with key opinion leaders, and ensure alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
