You will operate as both a hands-on recruiter and people manager, owning critical requisitions while directly leading and developing a Senior Recruiter. The role sits at the intersection of talent strategy, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence in recruiting. You will partner closely with engineering and data leadership to define hiring priorities, strengthen pipelines, and improve overall hiring quality. This is a highly strategic yet execution-oriented position in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. You will also play a key role in evolving AI-enabled recruiting practices, helping embed modern tooling into sourcing, evaluation, and hiring workflows.
