This is a strategic people leadership role focused on enabling high-performing teams in a fast-scaling, mission-driven, and highly distributed environment.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, helping shape organizational health, team effectiveness, and long-term workforce strategy.
The role blends coaching, organizational design, and employee experience work, ensuring teams have the clarity and structure needed to execute at a high level.
You will partner closely with leadership to strengthen manager capability, improve performance practices, and support career development across diverse teams.
A key part of the role involves diagnosing organizational challenges early and guiding leaders through thoughtful, practical solutions.
You will also play a central role in performance cycles, employee relations, and change management initiatives.
