Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do The Shipping Coordinator is assigned to the Shipping Dept to manage the logistics of outbound shipments. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling shipments, creating necessary documentation, managing finished goods inventory, and coordinating deliveries with various freight carriers. Plan and schedule outbound shipments of finished goods to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists. Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to align shipping schedules. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to shipping and transportation. Serve as the primary point of contact for shipping inquiries and issues, both internally and externally. Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipping-related challenges. DMS-Daily Management System Maintain a safe and clean working environment
