School Age Site Administrator- Brandywine, DE YMCA Family

Join the mission to empower youth, foster healthy living and promote strong communities as a School Age Site Administrator for the YMCA of DE Brandywine branch location. As a member of the Before & After Care Enrichment team under the general direction of the Child Development Director the Administrator is responsible for supervising School Age Site Interns, Assistants and Coordinators in implementing and evaluating the daily operations of the Before & After Care Enrichment Program (BASE). The Administrator creates and implements development-based programs for children ages 5 to 12 years old. We need staff to work Monday-Friday 6:45am-8:45am for the morning program and 3pm-6pm for the afternoon program.
