School Age Site Assistant- Brandywine, DE YMCA Family

Join the YMCA of Delaware Brandywine branch as a School Age Site Assistant for our Before & After Care Enrichment Program (BASE). This job is at our offsite schools and we are looking for individuals who want to be part of the mission to empower youth, foster healthy living, & Promote strong communities. We need staff to work Monday-Friday 6:45am-8:45am for the morning program and 3pm-6pm for afternoon program. the School Age Assistant assists the School Age Coordinator with assigned group(s) to create and implement development-based programs for children ranging from 5 to 12 years old. Assistants address the emotional, cognitive, social, and physical needs of both individual and groups of children while effectively communicating with parents.
