You will lead a team responsible for shaping, standardizing, and governing how business needs enter the organization, acting as the “single front door” for workflow, digital, and AI-enabled capability requests. The role is highly strategic, requiring both operational rigor and the ability to influence across business, technical, and transformation stakeholders. You will establish scalable intake frameworks, enforce requirement quality standards, and ensure that every request is clearly defined with measurable outcomes and implementation clarity. In close partnership with product, engineering, and pilot teams, you will help convert early ideas into enterprise-ready solutions.
