Job Description

  • receive user´s IT requests and incidents coming by phone, e-mail or IT Self Service
  • analyze, evaluate and solve the requests, if necessary forward them to 2nd level
  • inform users about solving and fixing their requests and incidents
  • record all contacts in IT Service Desk tool – Service Now
  • handle the requests and incidents according to agreed processes and time frames
  • cooperate with other teams and departments to solve all requests and incidents
  • install and administrate available systems, SW and HW
  • maintain and extend Knowledge database
