Back to jobs1-2 years Experience with ITSM, CMDB and IT Hardware Asset Management
Strong understanding of ITIL, especially Configuration Management
Practical experience with ServiceNow (CMDB, ITSM, CSDM or IRE is a plus)
Understanding of infrastructure components (servers, networks, cloud, endpoints)
Ability to translate technical data issues into process requirements
Certifications (ITIL 4) is an advantage
Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB, CSDM modeling is an advantage
Background in process design or organizational governance is an advantage
