About the role
As Financial Reporting Specialist you are responsible for the centralized preparation, coordination, standardization, and continuous improvement of (Financial) Management Reporting within the Controlling organization.
The role supports the Controlling community by delivering high-quality recurring reports, enhancing reporting processes, and driving automation and efficiency initiatives.
You are part of the newly established “Reporting Factory” team, located in the Philippines.
What you will do:
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc management reporting
- Optimize the processes of data preparation and analysis
- Develop standards for reports and dashboards
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Integrate new technologies in the reporting landscape
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement based on the feedback from the different stakeholders
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree with focus on Finance & Controlling or equivalent required
- 3 years or more experience in Finance function within international company, Big Four, Consulting etc.
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Fast anticipation of data and information
- Work through ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements
- Independent worker able to deliver according to planning
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on strong Excel skills and PowerPoint) and SAP business warehouse
- Strong analytical and accuracy driven mindset
- Pro-active attitude with a drive to improve
- Individual problem-solving skills
