Job Description
Preferred expertise in synthesis and analysis of organic compounds.
Job Location/ Hours Required
The candidate will perform most/all job duties in Congdon Building, Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Chemistry Research Lab 4078. This position requires 5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Synthesis and analysis of compounds, e.g., chemical reaction monitoring, separation, purification, and characterization procedures of the research proposal.
- Lab maintenance.
Required Qualifications
General or Organic Chemistry with lab
Desired Skills
- Must have a minimum, undergraduate, pre-pharmacy or pharmacy student experience in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, or another related field.
