The Bilingual DBA Program is seeking a highly qualified and motivated candidate to provide comprehensive operational support for one of our programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the designated program, with primary responsibilities including:

  • Course Design: Responsible for the overall planning and systematic design of the course system, developing course frameworks and syllabi that align with teaching objectives and industry demands. Continuously optimize and iterate the course structure and content based on teaching feedback and evaluation results.

  • Quality of Teaching Management and Innovation: Supervise the course implementation process, continuously improve course quality through student feedback, teaching evaluations, and industry trend analysis. Coordinate with the faculty team to ensure teaching styles align with course objectives and enhance the student learning experience.

  • Academic Management: Coordinate course scheduling and teaching resources to ensure the orderly execution of teaching plans and effective allocation of resources. Establish course evaluation and quality tracking mechanisms to systematically monitor and analyze teaching effectiveness.

  •  Teaching Support: Provide comprehensive teaching support and assistance to faculty, including teaching material preparation, instructional guidance, and optimization of teaching tools. Organize regular teaching workshops, faculty training, and experience-sharing sessions to promote collaborative growth and capability enhancement within the teaching team.

  • Academic Partner Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with academic partners to foster collaboration and drive joint initiatives; Lead accreditation processes and develop sustainable partnerships through strategic projects and outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business or a related discipline is preferable.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in program administration or the education sector.

  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Mandarin and Cantonese).

  • Prior supervisory experience leading high-performing teams is highly desirable.

  • Willingness to work outside regular hours, including weekends, when necessary.

(Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
