About this Position Lead the development and execution of category business strategies for assigned regions and channels in alignment with corporate objectives. Drive sustainable growth through effective commercial planning, disciplined investment management, and continuous optimization of distributor and channel P L performance. What you´ll do Develop and manage long-term and short-term category business plans for assigned regions and channels to support overall company growth objectives. Translate business plans into actionable promotional strategies; ensure strong execution, performance tracking, and return on investment. Build channel-specific business solutions in line with MSP category strategy and category development guidelines. Partner closely with distributors to identify growth opportunities across channels and continuously improve commercial and P L performance. Monitor business performance and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize channel and category results.
