What does a Manager, Shopper Marketing do at Swire Coca-Cola?The Shopper Marketing Manager utilizes data insights and market trends to create compelling shopper experiences and drive targeted business growth for Swire Coca-Cola and our partner retailers. Collaborates with customers and sales teams to identify mutual growth opportunities that leverage the Coca-Cola portfolio of brands and helps to create joint strategies and tactics that delivers volume, revenue, profit, category and share growth goals with a focus on driving trip conversion, buyer conversion, trial, loyalty, and basket size.

Responsibilities:
Apply shopper insights across the path to purchase to drive revenue, volume, share, and profit growth
Partner with customers and sales to identify growth strategies and develop Collaborative Business Plans aligned to key KPIs
Build customer specific shopper marketing plans tied to key consumption occasions
Develop and execute insight led programs that drive conversion, trial, loyalty, basket size, and portfolio performance
Lead end to end program management from concept through retail execution, including POS, sales tools, and agency management
Identify and scale innovative merchandising solutions in partnership with the Commercial Channel team
Collaborate with cross functional partners—including business insights, category, sales, brands, PRGM, media, NRS, DIO, and Commercial Channel teams—to translate shopper behavior into actionable plans
Deliver retailer specific materials to support leadership routines and frontline execution
Own customer level shopper marketing governance and guidelines to deliver customized, insight driven solutions and strengthen retailer partnerships
Manage budgets, evaluate promotional ROIs with cross functional partners—including sales and PRGM to drive continuous improvement
Prepare customer-facing materials that communicate retailer specific programming for business reviews, promotions, and collaborative planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing or related field, or 4 years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree required
4+ years marketing or Commercial experience required and Marketing or Commercial experience within consumer goods/beverage industry preferred
PowerPointMicrosoft Outlook, Excel, PowerBI, MS Teams
Experience in the development of marketing and commercial programs
Creative Concept Evaluation: ability to evaluate creative concepts and executions based on creative, strategic alignment and shopper impact
Knowledge of creative brief development and effective agency management to drive performance
Knowledge of consumer purchasing behavior to develop effective programs
Ability to listen to various points of input and sell a vision of work through knowledge of brand and creative strategy
Budget management and responsibility
Partners effectively with stakeholders while assessing broader business impacts and surfacing relevant trends and best practices.
Understanding of promotional activities, product lines and competitive positioning
Must possess the ability to think strategically and can improve the Organization’s performance within the assigned segment of business
Excellent written communication and speaking/presentation skills
