Introduction
Within International Banks Division, you will work in the Corporate SME Small Business Department. You will be involved in the development of the Small Business client segment. Your responsibilities will include the implementation of new commercial strategies aimed at achieving sustainable business growth. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the key counterparts within Local Banks and other divisional functions to contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives. If you are a curious and determined professional with strong interpersonal and analytical skills and you have a drive to succeed in a dynamic international environment, you could be the ideal candidate to join the International Banks Division
Activities
• Proactively contribute to the definition and implementation of new commercial and network strategies for the Small Business client segment;
• Analyze commercial results to identify areas for improvement;
• Support Local Banks in achieving commercial targets, facilitating also the sharing of Group best practices;
• Participate in the development of strategic and cross-divisional projects;
• Contribute to develop synergies with the key stakeholders, such as other IBD departments or Local Banks;
• Monitor market trends to support strategic development, innovation, and digitalization of Local Banks;
• Contribute to prepare documents (PowerPoint presentations, executive papers) for top management and other internal and external departments.
Requirements
• University degree, preferably in economic/financial disciplines;
• Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• Cross-cultural mindset for working in an international environment;
• Flexibility and natural predisposition for teamwork;
• Proactive attitude and strong autonomy in managing tasks;
• Good command of the MS Office suite, with a focus on PowerPoint;
A previous internship in the banking or consulting sectors focused on Corporate/SME/Small Business client segments will be considered as a plus
