Job Description
- Act as the vital link between our engineering, engineering productivity, product, and business development teams and partners.
- Collaborate with the global carrier ecosystem to align their services with Android connectivity and Rich Communication Services (RCS) cross-platform service offering, supporting specific carrier integration projects on the client side as needed to ensure seamless compatibility and functionality.
- Track and evaluate key performance metrics, share findings with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and measure progress toward objectives.
- Travel to partner sites as necessary to foster relationships, understand specific requirements, and provide targeted technical support, ensuring the success of collaborative initiatives.
- Translate technical requirements and issues, drive the development of tailored solutions that meet partners' needs while aligning with product objectives.
