Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, HVAC, or a related discipline) from a recognized university.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Application Engineer in HVAC, preferably in technical sales, application engineering, or project support.
Strong technical expertise in applied HVAC systems, including chilled and hot water systems, and hands-on knowledge of DX systems such as VRV and split units.
Proven ability to support the sales team across the full sales lifecycle, including pre-sales technical support, solution validation, value engineering, and order finalization.
Skilled in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting MEP tender documents, technical drawings, schematics, and specifications, and identifying gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with excellent professional communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Hands-on experience with MEP design tools and methodologies, including AutoCAD, psychrometric analysis, heat load calculations, engineering estimations, and HVAC system design.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory for the local market.
