ME Engineer

Workmanship: Lead the company's product process analysis, technical feasibility study, and evaluation work Responsible for participating in the development of new projects, manufacturing and development of process planning, quality planning, and production capacity planning Organize the development of product process plans and prepare process documents (including process flow diagrams, layouts, equipment and process equipment lists, FMEA, work instructions, product/process characteristic analysis tables, characteristic matrix diagrams, and other related supporting documents) Responsible for engineering changes in the production and manufacturing process, creating production BOMs, and confirming the readiness of BOMs Calculate and develop production efficiency indicators, monitor production capacity, and develop solutions to improve production efficiency and save costs Responsible for technical negotiations, procurement, pre acceptance, debugging, and acceptance of the required tooling and equipment for production Assist the project team in carrying out related work, organize and coordinate the introduction of new products in the production and manufacturing process (establishment, transformation, upgrading of production lines, and training of initial operators) Develop and update process plans, be familiar with the product manufacturing process, and be proficient in operating and guiding operators. Responsible for continuous improvement of the production proces Maintenance Ensure the continuous and stable operation of on-site equipment and the qualified quality of products produced TPM organization of factory equipment, production and tracking of maintenance and repair plans for equipment Maintenance of factory power facilities, electricity consumption statistics, electricity analysis, and energy summary Continuous optimization and improvement of air compressors and production line electricity consumption MTTR \ MTBF, statistics and analysis of equipment OEE Lean Production: CI continuous improvements, lean improvement of production line Factory BCD BCI cost budget and cost control Improve operational efficiency through lean improvement and seek opportunities for factory improvement Coordinate resources from various departments to promote cost reduction in the factory On site 5S improvement 7 major waste improvement measures
