Senior Project Manager

Lead-Monitor-Drive different projects / programs with interface to the customers in order to reach the released targets; Ensure the adherence of the Grammer Product Development System (PDS); Create project plans under consideration of the projects goals and mile stones; Plan / Manage resources, costs and necessary investments and prepare economic calculation accordingly; Lead the project teams and coordinate; Ensure successful arrangements with customer and suppliers; Follow up the project plans , tasks and costs; Decision making and implementation of corrective actions; Manage the product transfer activities - ensure a smooth and efficient serial launch; Leading of project closing and creation of final project report (lessons learned). Ensure project targets are being met – quality, time and fina nce.
