Warehouse Supervisor

To manage personnels, assign tasks reasonablly,implement performance valuation on operators, strengthern daily management; To manage facilities and equipments for logistics, e.g.forklifts,racks, containers etc.to ensure they can meet requirement; To manage all stock,manage the system to ensure the cosistency between actual and system,FIFO, tracability; To organize stock-counting, work out physical counting plan and make physical counting report; To push the implementation of lean manufacturing in logistics, to work out standardized work instruction for subordinate; To optimize the layout of warehouse,to meet the increasing demand of business;
