Key Responsibilities: ⚫ Develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets for personal care cosmetic ingredients. ⚫ Identify and develop new clients, maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to achieve sales performance. ⚫ Analyze market trends and competitors, provide suggestions for product pricing and promotion. ⚫ Formulate sales plans, monitor sales performance, and adjust strategies to achieve performance goals. ⚫ Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and aftersales services. ⚫ Participate in industry exhibitions and events to increase company visibility and identify business opportunities. ⚫ Provide market feedback and customer requirements, assist in product improvement and new product development. Requirements: ⚫ Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Cosmetic, Fine Chemical, or related fields. ⚫ Sales experience in personal care cosmetic ingredients, with excellent sales records and customer resources. ⚫ Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. ⚫ Familiarity with the personal care cosmetic ingredients market, understanding industry trends and competitive landscape. ⚫ Ability to handle sales pressure and possess strong teamwork spirit. ⚫ Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of handling international business communications.
