Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Pharma to lead and oversee the sales and distribution of our pharmaceutical and chemical products across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical chemical distribution industry and a passion for driving business growth. The Position is Responsible For: Promoting the company’s products Acting as the main point of contact with customers, suppliers, and distributors in the region Implementing sales goals Preparing sales reports Promptly responding to customer requests. Identify new markets, opportunities and leads Lead sales generation and pipeline management. Increase brand awareness within the region Identify and on-board new partners Maximizing growth potential within the region. Preparing budgets and analyzing the market. Collecting customer feedback as well as market research. Ensure all activities respect health, safety and the environment and meet IMCD’s compliance and quality standards. Expected Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or another relevant scientific field. Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in sales roles within a similar role. Familiar with CRM software like salesforce, Microsoft dynamics is preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Knowledge of the chemical distribution industry Primary Job Location: Riyadh, KSA Travel: Will be required to travel when needed. IMCD is an equal opportunity employer
