Your role at Dynatrace
This is a rare opportunity to launch and scale a brand-new territory within a globally established leader in AI powered observability. As the founding Country Leader for Ireland, you will operate in a highly strategic and entrepreneurial capacity—owning everything from market design and partner strategy to landing flagship enterprise customers and driving long-term expansion. You will report directly to the UKI Regional Vice President and play a pivotal role in shaping Dynatrace’s footprint in Ireland.
What You Will Own
- A newly established territory where you will shape the market approach from the ground up — owning prioritisation of target verticals, prospect identification, pipeline generation, partner strategy and opportunity execution
- End-to-end territory strategy design—defining the Irish go‑to‑market motion, leveraging global success stories, and tailoring our ICP to core Irish sectors including financial services, central government, and retail.
- The opportunity to establish the blueprint for future hires as Dynatrace invests in expanding its dedicated presence across Ireland.

What You Will Do
- Design and execute a territory plan that maximises revenue across Ireland’s most influential enterprise accounts.
- Build and manage a strong, self‑generated pipeline, driven by proactive prospecting, ecosystem engagement, and consistent in‑region presence.
- Acquire net-new enterprise customers, then grow these accounts through multi-solution expansion strategies.
- Engage directly with C‑level executives, shaping and influencing digital transformation initiatives anchored in Dynatrace’s platform value.
- Create market momentum through events, targeted demos, outbound initiatives, and strategic partner collaboration.
- Develop a powerful network across key industries, technology communities, cloud ecosystems, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Ensure every new customer lands successfully, delivering fast time-to-value and setting the stage for long-term adoption and growth.
