Job Description

(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)
The Manager, Systems Integration and Management Services, lead the planning, development, and management of the Enterprise System Integration Platform, ensuring seamless connectivity and interoperability between diverse applications and platforms. This role involves deep technical expertise in system integration to support the Authority’s digital transformation initiatives, including project and vendor management skills to ensure delivery excellence, contractual compliance, and continuity of services.
You will be responsible for:
leading and managing system integration projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals;
developing and enforcing integration standards, protocols, operational governance, and security policies to ensure data security and operational stability across on-premise and cloud environments;
defining integration requirements and specifications in collaboration with business units, IT teams, and external vendors;
driving automation of integration workflows and continuous improvement initiatives using DevOps practices and tools;
overseeing integration testing, deployment, and production support to ensure systems operate reliably and securely;
collaborating with cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance teams to address security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in integration services;
providing technical guidance for integration troubleshooting, system upgrades, and new technology adoption;
monitoring and evaluating vendor performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLA), contract terms, and quality standards;
maintaining comprehensive documentation including integration designs, workflows, technical manuals, and project reports;
staying updated on emerging technologies related to hybrid cloud and integration solutions, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations; and
performing any other duties from time to time as the Authority may reasonably direct.
You should:
possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, , Information Technology, Data Engineering, Big Data management, or a related field;
have a minimum of 7 years of experience in system integration, middleware, or enterprise architecture roles with proven leadership;
have strong knowledge of integration technologies and cloud services, including Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and DataBricks;
be familiar with data quality methodologies, cloud security concepts, data governance, and regulatory compliance best practices;
demonstrate leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relations;
have proven experience managing vendor partnerships and multi-vendor integration projects, including contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics;
possess relevant certifications, such as Data Engineer, AI Engineer, Solution Architect, or related certifications, are highly desirable;
have knowledge in data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks (eg. PDPO, PIPL, GDPR);
be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; and
have excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
