Job Description
The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Manager, Product Marketing to define and drive the go-to-market strategy for our commercial product ecosystem. You will be responsible for positioning our diverse portfolio of tickets, memberships, and merchandise as a cohesive brand. Your mission is to create compelling narratives, execute integrated campaigns, and empower our channels to drive growth and market leadership.
You will be responsible for :
defining the core value proposition, messaging architecture, and unique selling propositions for all portfolio products. Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy and plan for the product portfolio;
collaborating with BU marketing teams, digital teams, curatorial teams, and producer teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging;
leading the creation of all key GTM assets, from sales kits and sales content to training materials;
Core Product Documents: Product Fact Sheets, Positioning Statements, and Competitive Landscape Analysis.
Sales Enablement Tools: Partner Sales Kits, Product Training Decks, and tailored content.
Marketing & Digital Collateral: Key Messaging Guides, creative briefs for visual assets, and copy for digital channels (website, app).
Legal & Compliance: Clear and comprehensive Terms & Conditions for all product bundles.
analysing market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights to continuously optimise GTM activities; and
performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.
You should :
possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus;
have 8+ years of experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing, or GTM role, preferably in tourism, lifestyle, retail or e-commerce;
have proven track record in developing successful GTM strategies and marketing plans for complex product portfolios;
have exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills and ability to translate technical product features into customer-centric benefits;
have strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar); and
be proficient in English and Cantonese is required. Mandarin is a plus.
