Job Description

The Assistant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ticketing system, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for reviewing product listing quality assurance (QA) and driving internal process optimisation to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Ticketing System Operations

  • Manage daily operations of the ticketing system, including configuration, event setup, inventory control, and order management.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors/IT teams for resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (PDPO, PIPL, GDPR).

Product Listing QA

  • Establish and enforce QA standards for all product listings (e.g., event details, pricing, seat maps, promotions).

  • Conduct regular audits of live product listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Implement checkpoints and approval workflows to prevent listing errors before go-live.

Internal Process Optimisation & Management

  • Review and streamline internal SOPs related to ticketing operations, product setup, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Identify bottlenecks and propose automation or workflow improvements.

  • Lead process change management, including documentation, training, and performance tracking.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between business units and ticketing system vendors.

  • Manage vendor SLAs and escalate operational issues as needed.

  • Perform any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.

You should

  • possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Operations, or related field;

  • have 5+ years of experience in ticketing system operations, eCommerce operations, or digital platform management;

  • have hands-on experience with product listing QA, including audit processes and quality control workflows;

  • have proven track record in internal process optimisation and management (e.g., SOP design, workflow automation, change management);

  • have experience with ticketing systems is mandatory;

  • have knowledge of data privacy regulations (PDPO, PIPL, GDPR);

  • be able to manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously; attention to detail;

  • have government or large-scale event operations experience is a plus; and

  • have good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
