Maintenance Planning Supervisor

Main responsibilities : We are seeking a talented and experienced Maintenance Planning Supervisor (Mechanical and Electrical) to join our team. Your primary role will be to plan, monitor, and optimize maintenance activities for a fleet of over 200 pieces of equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Plan preventive and corrective maintenance interventions using the BACKLOG method for over 200 mechanical and electrical pieces of equipment. Conduct maintenance rounds and coordinate field team interventions. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure efficient and proactive management of maintenance activities. Collaborate with technical teams to optimize maintenance schedules, reduce unplanned downtime, and enhance equipment availability. Lead planning meetings and ensure alignment across teams. Analyze maintenance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
